About Me

Hi, I’m Karol Dugan — a certified nutritionist, fitness instructor, and founder of Quarter to Fitness.

My journey didn’t start with quick fixes. For years, I pushed myself with long workouts and strict diets, thinking more effort meant better results. Instead, I ended up stressed, exhausted, and dealing with a heart rhythm condition no doctor could explain.


The turning point came from something unexpectedly simple: my dog.


Daily walks, sunshine, and being present outdoors helped calm my nervous system, reduce stress, and completely resolve my heart symptoms. It taught me that health isn’t about doing more — it’s about doing what actually supports your body.

That realization shaped Quarter to Fitness: short, effective 15-minute workouts paired with a lifestyle that’s sustainable, gentle, and joyful.


My mission:

To help women stop viewing fitness as punishment and start embracing a routine that reduces stress, builds strength, and fits real life.

Because sometimes, healing starts with slowing down.


Wellness That Gives Back

Getting a dog is a big decision and a lifelong commitment. Before bringing a four-legged friend into your family, it’s important to make sure you have the financial means, time, patience, and lots of love in your heart. If you’re not ready to welcome a dog just yet, you can still make a difference—visit your local shelter and take a dog for a walk. Trust me, it will make their day and yours.

Because of the joy and healing my own dog has brought into my life, I want to give back. That’s why a portion of every sale from Quarter to Fitness goes directly to animal shelters—to help care for dogs in need and to support someone else’s future miracle.
